    • 3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
    • 6 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 3 Tablespoons unsalted melted butter
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
    • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
    • 6 Tablespoons Buttermilk
    • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
    • 1 Large egg
    • 3/4 Cup sugar
    • 1 Large egg white
    • Light Cream-Cheese Icing

How to make Chocolate Buttermilk Cupcakes

Step 1: Preheat the oven at 350 degree. Take a 12-cup muffin tin with paper lines

Step 2: Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl

Step 3: Add cocoa and 3 tablespoons of hot water and beat it with an electric mixer until a thick paste forms

Step 4: Combine butter, egg and egg white, buttermilk and whisk until smooth

Step 5: Pour the batter in the tin and bake for around 20 minutes

Step 6: Take them out after 10 minutes of cooling

Step 7: Spread the icing on the cupcakes with the help of a butter knife
