Ingredients

    Preparation Time: 5 Mins 
    • Oil to Shallow fry 
    • 2-3 Eggs 
    • 4-6 Bread Slice / Toast
    • Black pepper to taste
    • Salt to taste

How to make Half Fry

Cooking Time: 10 Mins 
 
Step 1: Heat 1 tsp oil in non- stick pan, roll it over a pan so that it is evenly spread
 
Step 2: Break the egg and directly pour it on the pan. On top of it, sprinkle salt to taste
 
 
Step 3: Let one side of the egg fry on low to medium flame
 
Step 4: When one side of the egg is fully fried, place it gently on plate 

Foot Note:

Sprinkle black pepper and serve hot with bread toast
