    • 1 package Oreo cookies (divided)
    • 3 Eggs
    • 3 packages Cream cheese (softened)
    • 2 tablespoons Flour
    • 3/4 cup Sugar
    • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
    • 450 gram Sour Cream
    • 1 jar Hot Fudge

How to make Hot Fudge Oreo Gourmet Cheesecake

Step 1: To prepare the crust, chop half of the Oreo cookies in a food processor
Step 2: Crush the remaining half with the help of a food processor
Step 3: Add butter and mix well
Step 4: Press into bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of a 9-inch springform pan
Step 5: To set the crust, bake it for 4 minutes (at 325F degrees)
Step 6: To prepare the filling, beat cream cheese in a bowl with the help of an electric mixer
Step 7: Mix sugar and beat until it gets creamy
Step 8: Add eggs, vanilla, flour and sour cream
Step 9: Fold in the chopped cookies with hand
Step 10: Put this batter in the crust
Step 11: Bake for around 50-60 minutes (at 325F degrees)
Step 12: Let it cool at room temperature for about an hour
Step 13: Refrigerate for 4 hours
Step 14: Use a hot knife and cut the cold cheesecake in slices
Step 15: To serve, heat the hot fudge for 45 seconds on high flame
Step 16: Pour the warm fudge over the slices of cheesecake
Step 17: Garnish with Oreo cookies
