Red Velvet CakeDessert & Salad

Ingredients

    • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
    • 1 tsp Baking Soda
    • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 ½ cup Sugar
    • 1 cup Butter Milk
    • 2 Egg
    • 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 1-2 tsp Red Food Coloring
    • 1 tbsp Vinegar
    • 2 tsp Melted Butter (grease)
    • 100 gram Unsalted Butter

    For Icing

    • 2 ½ cup Icing Sugar
    • 300 gram Cheese
    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 120 gram Unsalted Butter

How to make Red Velvet Cake

Step 1: Preheat the oven up to 350 degree F. In a bowl whisk flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda

Step 2: In another bowl beat unsalted butter and sugar well, then add vanilla extract, vinegar, red food coloring, butter milk and egg until it get fluffy

Step 3: Mix the ingredients of both the bowls and make a smooth batter

Step 4: Grease the two pans with butter and then pour the batter into it. Keep these pans in oven to bake them

Step 5: After 30 minutes, check the pans and if texture comes out to be clean then remove the pans and place them on rack for cooling

Step 6: Blend cheese and butter firstly, then mix icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until it gets fluffy. Then frost the cake layers

Step7: Serve chill
